Sọma collaborates with artists and creative teams to shape cultural conversations around identity, belonging, and healing.
Sọma is an artist, strategist, and coach whose practices emerge from her Black, queer, and Nigerian lineages. She explores cultural identity and belonging using media, performance, and technology as sites for narrative repair and healing. With over a decade of award-winning experience in digital production and cultural strategy, she shapes stories across arts and entertainment.
She is the founder of HyperGround, a studio that supports creatives as they grow by tending to what they are building and who they are becoming in the process.
Soma holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and is currently training to become an ICF-certified coach. Her approach is grounded in play and care, designing environments that center creativity as a relational act and a pathway towards personal and collective liberation.
