Broadway Advocacy Coalition (BAC)


Served as Interim Communications Director at BAC during a period of organizational transition, stabilizing and rebuilding communications across digital, campaigns, and programming.

Developed a year-long communications strategy, launched a monthly newsletter with 50%+ open rates, produced 200+ graphics, videos, and content, and restructured marketing workflows to support long-term growth.

Drove key initiatives, an internal mission renewal process to clarify vision, a transparency campaign to rebuild trust within the community, and audience strategy sessions for major fundraising events.
